What makes the True Kit Bimini Different?
With the intensity of the sun these days, protecting yourself while out on the water is essential. When searching for bimini tops, we found poorly fitting designs, complicated setups, and low-quality materials. That’s why we decided to create our own bimini – one that meets our high standards of quality, ease of use, and durability.
High-Quality Materials
Our True Kit Bimini is made from European-made Stamoid® fabric, the same material used by superyachts. This fabric is 100% UV-proof, 100% waterproof, and designed to last in extreme marine environments. To ensure durability, we sew the bimini with Gore® Tenara PTFE thread, which is guaranteed to outlast the fabric itself. This high-performance thread stays flexible and strong even under harsh conditions.
Lightweight and Corrosion-Resistant
The lightweight aluminium frame is built for strength and minimal maintenance. Connected with aluminium rivets to reduce corrosion, it’s designed for longevity. The collapsible pole system is threaded to ensure all parts stay connected, so there’s no fumbling during assembly. We pre-assemble everything in our workshop to save you time and effort.
Easy To Adjust
The True Kit Bimini uses a Marlow Pro Excel line for the stay system, offering minimal drag and wind noise. Adjustments are seamless with the Camcleat® locking system, allowing you to tighten or release the stays effortlessly. Marine-grade stainless steel clips provide a secure connection to your boat’s anchor points, ensuring stability even at speed.

How long does it take to set up?
It takes just a few minutes to set up the bimini from the box.
Does the Bimini fold down?
When storing the bimini it can be collapsed into quite a small package. On the boat it can be set up in shade position or folded forward towards the bow.

I have not got the catamaran yet. Bimini is in box waiting for catamaran. Your FEDEX "experts" in customs has not got the catamaran out of customs yet. FEDEX used a HS code 8714921000 that is wrong.

The Bimini top fits beautifully onto my Discovery 2.8. You can tell that a lot of thought went into its construction and design, as the ropes, cleats, and clips all fit exactly as they are supposed to and create an extremely sturdy top. I’m so glad that I ordered it—it will give me shade and protection on the hottest of days. I mount a solar panel to my 1103 Torqeedo motor and the bimini supports it with no problem. I’ve also tried it in ripping winds—this top holds up great. Highly recommend for an enhanced boating experience.
